Wow! What a crazy month and a half we have experienced! We closed on the house on March 20th and had plans to go to Tuscon to the FMCA rally and then Kartchner Caverns. Then head a little north to Utah and visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, Moab, Page and Horseshoe Bend.

Well life had a change of plans for us for sure!! We ended up staying locally at the Riverside Resort Rv Park for 13 days.

The rv park is open even though the casino is not. It is a very nice RV park, but not where we wanted to be. We were surprised that the bathrooms and laundry we open. It was pretty quiet at night, but very well lit. (Watch for a seperate review on the rv park.) We spent the time just trying to figure out of we were still going to make it to Idaho and our work camping job and just what it all was going to be like. I have to admit, we felt like we were suspended in time. Not sure what to do or not do. I got a little depressed and did not do as much as I should have on the blog and Youtube channel. I really regret that now that we are in a area with hardly any internet. I am not able to upload a video at all. I will get everything written and edited and then go somewhere for the day to upload it all.

We decided to head to St George Utah as it was going to start heating up in the desert, so we got a spot at Temple View RV Resort.

Temple View was nice, and was practicing social distancing, had curbside check in and the lobby and pool was closed, but the showers and laundry we open. (Watch for a seperate review on the rv park.) We had a pullthru spot in the back on gravel that was bigger than the other ones with concrete, so we were grateful for that. But, there was alot of road noise. We were close to an entrance to the freeway and the resort is on a busy street. Of course the National parks were closed and the state parks and local attractions were only open to residents, so we really couldn't do or see anything. Hard to not slip into depression in a situation like that.

We spoke to the campgrounds owners that we were going to work camp at and they said we still had a job to go to! Yay!! They told us we could come anytime we wanted. So we watched the weather and waited, and waited for it to warm up to not freezing at night in Idaho. We didn't want to have to winterize at all.

So after 2 weeks in St George we were finally able to head to Idaho! We left early on April 17th, got to Perry Utah and boondocked for the night at a rest area. Not much sleep that night for sure! Got up early and headed for North Fork Idaho!
